Wow Jeff Badger was amazingly thorough and efficient. He had all of his ducks in a row and handled my case with a quickness I did not expect. He made the process very quick and easy. I highly recommend him.
Mr. Badger helped us with a long distance sale of my mother's Maryland home that also involved a Specific Power of Attorney. In Mama's aging condition there were stop and go's with the transaction but Mr. Badger never lost his patience or became frustrated with her or the situation. He spoke to her with dignity and kindness, and we moved forward at her comfort level. He always returned my calls and emails in a timely fashion (a pet peeve of mine) and was never to busy to answer questions or explain things.
