He had to replace a couple parts and clean my furnace and now he has it up and running properly. He serviced my A/C unit and cleaned it and had it also running properly. My experience dealing with Comfort Plus and their Technician Jim was a wonderful and pleasant. All were very professional and friendly. I called at 7:00 PM when I got home to a very cold house where I had run out of oil which was my own fault. I got a call back from Jay, the owner, who said all the trucks were booked.
