I would like to thank Chris lecates for coming out and inspecting the seller house in and out.They did a wonderful job even doing the crawl space there was some findings that helped us make a decision quickly.I highly recommend getting a inspection first to help someone else and high tech inspection is the way to go.

Scott and his crew have been a complete pleasure to work with. Our first home so this was a new experience and our realtor recommended High Tech. The home inspection was very thorough and pictures as well as detailed documentation followed a in a pdf file for us to keep. Thanks to thier work we found a huge issue that needed to be repaired before settlement. Not only did the assist in getting the issue repaired but when the repair wasn't completed fully they were quick to respond, contact, and meet with the repair company to get repairs executed correctly. I highly recommend Scott and the inspectors that work for him and will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.
