these guys came out and replaced a switch for my celing light and of course that wasn't the problem had to call them back. So the changed the balace in the light and put in new bulbs. parts could be no more than $60.00 they didn't even spend hour and they have the balls to send me a bill for $355.00 after they already collected $100.00 from American Home Shield. They should be ashamed of themselves. So there collectin $455.00 for an hrs work do they think they're Doctors

Albert responded quickly to my voice mail and was available for a site visit within 24 hours. It took approximately 2 hours to identify the reason why a circuit breaker kept tripping. The fix was simple and inexpensive, but not at all obvious. I appreciated the effort he put into finding and fixing the problem. Albert was businesslike and professional in his demeanor and focused on fixing the problem which I appreciated. The price was very fair.

Albert was very unprofessional and unpleasant. By the way, I only got his name at the very end of the phone call. Was irritated upon arrival and seemed to think the job was too little to waste his time. I think that American Homeshield's reputation is being tarnished by having his company on board. AND he is the owner. Terrible!!!!!
