I have only had 1 appointment so far but in comparison to my previous dental office, they are incredible! the receptionists are so nice and helpful and the dr landsman was incredibly personable and made me feel so comfortable. my previous dental office was more geared towards children and made this 30 something year old woman feel like I was 5 in the way I was treated. I actually can't wait to go back to Delaware Maryland dental and that's huge for me. thank you Delaware Maryland dental for completely changing my views on dentists finally!
Went today for what I was told over the phone was an “emergency appointment” to find out it was a 15 min initial visit. I have a fill in that I grinned out of my tooth and am in discomfort. When I got to the front to check out and make a return appointment I was told I was a liar by the very rude receptionist Wefa. She proceeded to tell me she never told me it was an emergency visit and she does her job perfectly, so therefore would have never told me that. She then told me I ruined her day. She was unable to control her emotions and definitely let her mouth get the best of her. I did like what I experienced from the dentist I saw, but beware if you go as to what mood this lady may be in that day 😳
