We cannot say enough positive things about all of our experiences with Shaws. First of all, we moved into our home on the Eastern Shore during the 100 degree heatwave in June and on the day we moved in, the Central Air started blowing out hot air. Shaws came out here to our rural location within 90 minutes and an angel named Carson Adams literally saved us- with a smile on his face the whole time. The man crawled under our home on a 104 degree day with a smile on his face and saved us by adding coolant! He continued to work on our unit during a downpour of rain! I cannot express how much gratitude we have for this company! When a crisis happened, Shaws was there PROMPTLY to fix it! A main water line running into our business had busted, it was the week going into Memorial Day weekend, and we were panicked. Shaws was out within 10 hours of our emergency call and had a full team on site by 8am. They worked diligently and efficiently to find the source and fix the issue. We cannot thank them enough for their efforts!!
Shaw's is the first place to turn to in our area. They are longtime Mid-Shore residents and business people. I recently used them to fix a heating/cooling issue and they were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Ben is great! He was especially good at explaining to me what they were going to do and all that was involved. All of the service people that came to my house were courteous and knowledgeable.
