From the first phone call to the delivery and installation, Higgins and Spencer (Spence and staff) were so friendly and professional. The installers removed our old washer and dryer, cleaned the space, and installed the new with precision. And made sure all new hoses and vents were correctly installed as well. Price was great. Can't say enough good things. Shop local! (Speed Queen is fabulous, by the way!!)

We reached out to have new motorized blinds put in our home. From start to finish Spencer was incredible to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and was a joy to have in our home. The process was easy with very competitive pricing. The product we received is stunning. Hands down best customer service!!!! My husband and I were looking for a new fridge. From the moment we walked into the store to the day our new fridge was delivered, we were treated like we were family. Robin greeted us with a smile, was super friendly and helpful, showed us the inventory and set us up with Spence for further assistance. Spence helped us choose the best model and size for our needs and even arranged for a loaner fridge as ours was kaput! New fridge was delivered when promised, and was installed without a hitch.
