Cannot express enough appreciation for ServPro throughout this entire mess so far. When I got home from vacation on the evening of July 9th I discovered a burst pipe. I bought my first home less than 2 years ago and this was just devastating for me with damage to my main floor, kitchen, and basement. I got in contact with ServPro through my insurance the morning of the 10th and they were out here at 9am on the 11th. Even with countless claims from all of these awful storms we’re having. They’ve followed up every single day since, and today exactly a week later, the equipment was finally removed!!! I dealt with a few wonderful people, Debbie in the office, Jeff for monitoring, and Chris for overseeing my insurance approved the kitchen demo. But Chelsea and Dante were the first and last team here, and they were absolutely wonderful. They walked me through everything they did, and were so pleasant in such a crappy situation. You know they’re good when the pup befriends them too. I am so happy this process is finally moving forward- thanks to them! Now let’s rebuild!!

I very rarely am a truly satisfied customer these days. I absolutely can not say enough good about Servpro of Perryhall/Whitemarsh. Having plumbing issues and water damage is so stressful. From the moment I spoke to John, he eased my mind. The crew was knowledgeable, understanding and so fast! Complete relief from the stress and an excellent job done. If you ever find yourself in need of water cleanup… I just can’t recommend them enough. Truly wonderful customer service and professionalism!
