“My daughter was born with Cornelia De Lange syndrome. She was 37 years old. On 2-12-2024, She was brought in by Ambulance. She suffered a severe trauma to the right side of her Brain. She had 3 separate bleeds on her Brain. She also suffered a Heart attack while they were trying to incubate her. Her heart stopped for 10 minutes. They managed to bring her back, but she was in a coma and on Life support.My husband and I immediately flew to Baltimore to be with her. The ICU Nurses were All very kind and compassionate. Dr. DeBoer was extremely patient and explained everything to me in a kind and compassionate manner. My beautiful little girl passed away on 3-1-2024. My husband and I are heartbroken. She was only 37 years old. I just wanted to say that at the hardest time of my life, it truly helped to have a kind Doctor and Nursing Staff.“

“I am like most patients...I don't want to be a patient. However, when the time comes, it is a pleasant surprise to be cared for by people who treat me with genuine concern and great attitudes! That is what I received over last weekend when I was admitted for an emergency gallbladder removal. I wish the ER took didn't take so long, but it was apparent many there use the department as their primary doctor's office. Frankling Square personnel cannot control the numbers. After admission, I was under the care of six separate shifts and each team was thorough and friendly. A special call out to Chantell in 3B, who took it upon herself to wheel me to te discharge exit so I could make it home to watch the AFC Championship game! That's not a medical procedure, that's simply being cool.“

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Beth is truly a life saver and extremely knowledgeable about her field. I experienced my first case of head lice with my child and called Beth who answered the phone right away. She was able to get in me the same day and accommodate my whole family to be checked as well. Her communicated is very good and makes sure you know exactly where her location is. Her place is decorated so well and you feel so comfortable as soon as you enter the door. My children were able to pick at a movie and watch it on a nice sized television when Beth checked their heads. I learned so much more information about lice than the internet could ever provide. She showed me how to properly inspect each head and what to look for. Her patience is so incredible and is so calm while explaining every step. By the time we left, I felt like I gained a new friend. Her prices, products, and availability were by far the best. She has many different forms of payment too. I loved how she had children as well and was once in my situation. I arrived at the Emergency Room on the morning of Monday, July 14, 2025, after experiencing severe, nausea, and difficulty walking without nearly falling. From the very first GBMC staff member I encountered through to my discharge on July 16, 2025, every person I interacted with was professional, compassionate, and attentive. The team on Unit 45 was exceptional. Their care and kindness helped make a difficult time much easier, and I want to extend a special thank you to the physical therapist, who played a crucial role in helping me begin to recover from the effects of vertigo. I was especially impressed by the new discharge room, which made the transition home much more comfortable. The heated and massage chairs were a wonderful touch, and being able to have something to eat while waiting for my ride was greatly appreciated. This experience only reinforced what I already knew—GBMC is an excellent hospital. All three of my children were born at GBMC, so this place already holds a special meaning to me. I also want to compliment the food, which was truly above average—especially compared to what I’ve experienced at other hospitals and medical facilities. “I found out about Joyce from Groupon and decided to book an appointment. I am so glad I did because I had such a lovely and great experience with Joyce! She provided paperwork when I first came in to inquire about my skin, my diet, and my general health. She gave me pointers on how to better my skin through lifestyle changes and product changes without pressuring me to buy anything . Joyce explained what she was doing throughout the facial process and taught me a little more about my specific skin issues.
