A representative of the company came out and inspected my roof and determined that the issue was not the roofing but rather 4 pipe collars had dry rotted and were cracked and leaking. They quickly replaced the pipe collars and made a minor repair of the flashing around the fireplace. They did excellent work and were honest and fair.
