Very disappointing. I don't know they don't take my daughter seriously because of her age, when she comes in there or what. Charlie work and I wish I didn't pay for it

I had an appointment for 3:00 PM. and my wait time was almost 45 mins. after the time; other than that they do good nails. Especially, Leah and Mr.Tim are the only ones that wait on me. She does great designs.

The owner is nice, the Lady i was assigned was not pleasant, I asked Her to explain to me what I'm getting if I get the type option in their menu, she cannot explain it properly , I think because she's not very fluent in English, but I went ahead & told her that I want to get that option, but I feel like she's upset with me, so I tried to make a conversation to make her calm a bit, I asked her name etc, compliment her nails, & she suddenly get up & told she doesn't want to rendered her service to me, I was shocked, & I cried, very bad attitude.
