AMAZING! It was our first time trying an infrared sauna experience and whomever greeted/serviced us was incredibly helpful and thorough. The place itself is so relaxing and you can tell immediately how well cleaned it is. Our private sauna room was equipped with a few things including a cold towel which was the perfect touch. We could pick which program we wanted and changed the lighting/color of the room. Incredible experience. Will be coming back!

This infrared studio is fantastic! I dont like to sweat. Here I can use programs that result in minimal sweating and result in relaxation and pain relief. The lavendar cooling cloth, the relaxing colors and sounds, and the privacy in your own room add to the experience. I will be back often!

Little hidden gem off Rockville pike! This place is immaculately kept and gorgeous. Perfect place to pamper your self and or a friend or get serious infared sauna benefits with regular visits! Will be back for sure :)
