Little hidden gem off Rockville pike! This place is immaculately kept and gorgeous. Perfect place to pamper your self and or a friend or get serious infared sauna benefits with regular visits! Will be back for sure :)

What a fantastic experience! I came with aching back and neck, along with a lot of stress, and after a 40-min session using the massage bed, laying quiet, and listening to the lovely music, I feel rejuvenated and happy. I will be going back and I’m telling my friends. Wow. ?

I absolutely loved my experience Sauna Studio. The owners are so kind and accommodating! I was looking for a Sauna where I could relax (peacefully) and experience the positive health benefits of infared heat. This place exceeded my expectations--my muscles feel more relaxed, my skin feels softer, and I sleep better. I love the special touch of a cold towel/essential oil spray, cold water, and a towel cover up. Purchasing the membership was definitely worth it to be able to get the full benefit of going consistently.
