We didn't want new carpet for our brand new house, but our dog managed to lock himself into one of the bedrooms, and in his angst, managed to not just rip the carpet up but to also remove a chunk of it. Options were patching (cutting a patch from closet) or new carpet-- we opted for new. Werco was prompt, efficient and well priced. Took them about a week to get the carpet on hand, and then they arrived at EXACTLY the time they said they would to do it. I hope i don't need new carpet for a long time, but if i do, I'm calling Werco in Rockville and asking for Kris.Service: Carpet installation

We loved working with Juliana. She was very responsive and her options for flooring were amazing and haven’t seen anything similar from any of the other flooring companies out there. We had a carpet runner for our stairs and upstairs hallway installed. I initially resisted the idea of carpet on the beautiful wood stairs but needed to install some because of our aging pets. The results were beautiful. So glad we used her company!Her staff were very professional and went the extra mile during installation. They checked in with me during the entire process to make sure I was happy with how things were being done. I would hire them again in a heart beat.
