The help i needed was unbelievably fast. I got connected to Erick who was super friendly and answered all my questions. The pricing was super fair and wayy less than what the dealership wouldve offered. He worked fast and got me a new key FOB for my car. I will definitely be recommending their services in the future. I have a 2005 Merz, a great, dependable little car. One day, the key died. I'm not complaining, it was nearly 20 years old. But I was shocked when the dealership asked for several hundreds to make a new key. I would have to leave the car there, they would "test" it, then program a new key etc. etc. I forgot an exact amount, but the quote was in $500-700 range. I called my (great) mechanic who specializes in German cars, and he said he would search aftermarket. The news weren't great either. Something like $250 only for the fob. Plus programming. Phew. I had a problem with my car's ignition switch so I left a phone message for the first time with US LOCKSMITH for someone to call me back. Within a few minutes, Yonni called me back. He was very patient in listening to me and my car's issues. He answered all my questions over the phone and he also sounded very knowledgeable so I felt reassured that he knew what he is doing and then he gave an estimate. In less than two hours on the same day, he arrived in his van with the company's name and in his clean and professional uniform. He fixed my car's problem very quickly and my car was starting up again. So many thanks Yonni.
