Something dripped on the door of my truck in a parking garage that damaged the paint. I had a warrenty on the ceramic coating from the dealership and they put me in touch with this company. I called and sent an email and I got a response from Ron to set an appointment. The location is right next to a redline metro station sonitnwas okay to leave my truck there since I could use that to get to work. He had my truck for a few hours and I was able to pick it up when I got off. He had an overnight box with a code, so I didn't have to leave work early to get my key. I had a difficult job for Jonathan, and his work was stellar. A mouse had gotten into my car and created a mess. Jonathan did a full decontamination and deep cleaning. By the end, the interior was spotless. He also took time to check some internal components and let me know that a cabin filter and another piece needed to be replaced. Very meticulous work and very fast (a few days), highly recommended!

Took my car in for its first detailing and I'm super happy with the results. John did a great job of cleaning the car, inside and out. He was sure to let me know when something wouldn't be possible (getting years of embedded dog hairs out of my trunk) but honestly, if he hadn't mentioned it, I probably wouldn't have noticed.
