While shopping around left and right in the DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland area to replace my entire home air conditioning system I have learned how much this is an industry of crooks!That until I completely randomly drove by and stopped at the Somerville Co. warehouse/showroom in Rockville. This was the best experience I have ever had! This super nice guy called Lorenzo was super helpful, explained to me in words I could understand about air conditioners and gave me the best advise and the best quote for equipment and service! This place is awesome! Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff and you can find all kind of fitting and little stuff which you can’t even find online.I told Lorenzo about the project I was working on and he gave me a true expert consultation!Definitely recommend if you’re working on any plumbing project, Homedepot/Lowe’s plumbing stock can be very limited.

Been a plumber for 12 years in the area. Talked to a Robert about some basic repair parts. Most counter guys do not want to deal with these type of questions Robert was on it, great customer service super knowledgeable.. Double that man's pay!
