I cannot sing their praises enough! I have an extremely anxious toddler, and we’ve been seeing Dr. Ball since she was a baby. I am truly grateful for and appreciative of the compassion, patience, professionalism and kindness with which my child and my family have been treated. Despite intense crying, fear and clinginess, I never felt like my child was a burden or an inconvenience (unlike in other medical offices, including two pediatricians), and Dr. Ball was able to calm the child enough to complete the evaluation and procedure. I love this practice!!! Everyone from the staff that greet you when you walk in to the doctor are so friendly and welcoming, helping to ease any anxiety of bringing in a toddler for their first few dental visits. If only they took on adults, I'd switch to them for myself in a heartbeat!
Super fast and efficient office with the friendliest staff! Dr. Ball has always been super kind and patient with us and is extremely knowledgeable. I was really worried and anxious bringing my then 20 month old for her first checkup but the staff and Dr. Ball all made it go super smoothly! Would definitely recommend.
