I am not one to leave this kind of review unless I’m 100% satisfied. I would recommend Optometrists to anyone. The staff are professional, thorough and very friendly. You won’t be disappointed.
Had a good visit but got a text and email saying glasses were ready. Drove all the way there to find nothing ready and no explanation. Called the manager per request below. She gave me reason to go back to Warby Parker for future orders. Docs are great. Glasses are the worst.
Do you enjoy never ending emails? Come to Shady Grove! Eye exam was typical, nothing to say either way. I went about 3 years ago, and despite using the unsubscribe link many, many times, I am still getting emails from them.
