My heat pump was not working and I called fisher heating to fix it. I called around 7:30 and was told they would be out between 8-12. They called me around 9:00 and said that someone was on his way. Bill was there about fifteen minutes later. He was very nice, fixed the problem. I was very happy with the job. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and very helpful. I was very pleased with fisher. I had used another company previously and was not happy.

Well, a family of raccoons made their home in my crawl space and then destroyed the flexible duct work for my HVAC system. After having caught three and the fourth got lonely and left, I called Fisher's because they were highly rated in the Consumer Checkbook. Bill arrived during the early part of the service window at about 8:30 AM and I suppose there was a disconnect between the receptionist and me because he thought he was here to work on the furnace. He took it in stride, went back for the materials and had my house heating in less than 2 hours. The prices are fair and the work looks solid. Thanks! Edit: 05-Mar-2010 Down-ranked because we had a furnace emergency on a Friday night and they didn't call us back until Monday. Boo.
