Truly FIVE STARS for Pupscouts...Henry is awesome. My dog, OREO, is so happy there, hard to believe: when I park my car, he is already signaling his delight and pulling me to the door; when I pick him up, he's simply not that anxious to go home! Check out the webpage: it is user friendly, easy to communicate needs, schedules, etc. Pricing is fair, too. WOOF! Thank you, Pupscout
I rarely give out 5's or 1's. Leaves the item being reviewed no where to go. Although I think there is room for growth, I can not not give Henry a 5 star rating,. This was the easiest kenneling situation I've found. Easy in all aspects: logistically, financially, dog friendly, mission accomplishment.Henry is so easy to deal with. And his manner of vetting the dogs so they enjoy each other is brilliant. He seems truly based in the best interest of the dogs.
Henry is an amazing, knowledgeable, accommodating, and insightful business owner and canine expert. His pricing is fair and he is gracious and makes drop off and pickup a breeze. What a relief! So unpretentious... especially for North Bethesda. Hidden gem! Note: there is a size limit.
