Thank you Plumbtastic! Brent and the guys are absolutely terrific. They kept their word they were reasonably priced, and extremely hard-working. They followed up and did exactly what they said they would, and kept all their promises. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up. We would give them ten stars if we could!

We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve so I called Kirby and he was able to came out on Christmas morning! He was compassionate, efficient, and as always he was remarkably skilled. He identified the exact issue; the water is back on and and this can now be dealt with during routine business hours. And all the while...he was wearing a Santa hat! This group is truly amazing. Thank you Plumbtastic!!!

Brent did a great job installing an outdoor faucet (spigot). He arrived when he said he would, and the price was reasonable. The only problem was that Proconnect charged an extra $4.95 for their "Proconnect platform fee", which they said (when I called to ask what it was) was for a 30-day warranty and that Plumbtastic's 1-year warranty started after that. Don't know about you, but I hate it when companies surprise me with fees that are not explained. Anyway, I would hire Plumbtastic again, but without going through Proconnect!
