Great service! Fast, effective, responsible! I came in Rockville office having complications after covid 19. The cared me, prescribed medicine and just on next day I was able effectively to perform my work duties. Many thanks!
I received great care at Patriot Urgent Care. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was seen promptly. I was in and out quickly and picked up my prescriptions and was on my way.
The waiting room is pleasant and as comfortable as possible. The lady at the desk was caring and kind. After a short wait, she talked to me and then sent me elsewhere, because Patriot Urgent Care doesn't have an X-ray machine. From my description of my problem, she said that I might need an X-ray, and if their staff decided that I did, then I would have to go somewhere else for it. That would mean that I'd get bills for medical treatment from both places. I appreciated her looking out for me this way. I ended up at one of their recommended places, the ER at Shady Grove Hospital, where I received excellent service.
