I've been going to Nicole for about 4 or so years after going thru a dozen or so other massage therapists. Getting to downtown Bethesda from Arlington is a PITA but she's worth it. She very good at finding and sensing from you the amount of pressure that is right for you/that spot and the amount that you can tolerate. I like deep massage and find it the most helpful for recovering from constant triathlon training. Nicole is the best, period.
