Thank you for the suburb service from Nick DiBattista Plumbing! I spoke with Darlene about a very noisy sump pump only to discover it might be broken! With my husband out of town & a storm on the way she sent an experienced crew out to assess our situation! The next morning Kevin arrived with knowledge & skill! The pump was replaced and we learned a few new things along the way! Can’t Thank them enough! Professional, experienced, kind, and timely!

I can't thank Darlene (wife and extraordinaire) and Nick enough for going above and beyond to accommodate my awful situation. I first had Stat plumbing come out because Darlene and Nick were going out of town. The incompetent tech ripped me off and left us high and dry the Friday before Easter weekend with a broken water heater. Long story short, Nick and Darlene returned from their trip late Tuesday night and Nick and crew were at my rental at 9am the very next day replacing the water heater! Her tech also changed out the pipes and brought everything up to code. What I appreciate the most is, Darlene knew I was in a very desperate situation and instead of charging me more, charged me less since I was ripped off by the first company. I'm extremely grateful for their help and honesty. I also love the fact that whenever I call, Darlene picks up right away and she is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing as well. You'll never talk to a call center or a phone rep. It feels very good knowing I have a plumber I can trust for life who is in this profession because they love helping others.
