My doctors office recently shared with me the run around they are experiencing from the HOME CALL office staff since October. In my experience the office staff can absolutely RUIN patient/nurse relationships. This office in particular seems to reduce people to paperwork and prevent patients access to great care from excellent nurses.Speculation, and some evidence recently obtained suggests that HOME CALL only accepts patients of certain demographics which is not only highly unethical but ILLEGAL!

I would not recommend using Homecall for home nursing needs. The service they provided my family was very perfunctory. If you are looking for a service that will work with you and your family and understand your specific needs for care, I would not go to Homecall. My experience was not a satisfactory one. My previous experience with home nursing was with MedStar VNA and they were willing to work with us in patient care.
