So much pleased about Martin. Super kind guy and very professional. He diagnosed my laptop and when he found out the damage and said he cannot fix it. He recommended and repair shop specializing in fixing the problem with my laptop. He did not ask for any fees. He gave me a free service. Thanks, Martin.

Very happy with the work of Martins Jonass who helped me troubleshoot and resolve a difficult computer issue. Martins was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout our interaction and I would absolutely hire him again and would recommend him to anyone who needs help with technology and computer applications - especially in case of complicated, not easily identifiable issues. During his last visit, Martins even spoke with an HP customer service agent on my behalf which made the troubleshooting session more efficient and productive. Truly grateful for Martin's patience, expertise, and excellent service!

There's so many things that are so right with Martins approach to running his business and his overall Customer Service. There's a definite reason for all the 5 Star reviews.He's incredibly knowledgeable and has an extensive background in computer troubleshooting and repair. He also values his customers and makes sure that every single one of them is 100% satisfied with the work they receive.
