I went in for a haircut tonight and it was great as usual. However, during my haircut, I observed a very rude customer (middle aged woman with purple bob haircut) who didn't have an appointment completely bully and degrade one of the stylists because she was not being served swiftly enough (again, no appointment). After raising her voice and threatening the stylist multiple times, she then threatened to call the owner of the establishment who she "claimed she knew" to complain. This was my first visit to the King's Farm location. Dia was awesome! She greeted me as soon as I stepped in the door, took time to understand the exact cut I wanted, and made sure it was perfect before I left. I will definitely rebook with her! The salon is clean, spacious, and welcoming. Definitely recommended.
