The check in to the check out was a smooth experience and I would recommend to make an appointment with the Rockville office. Dr. Ramakrishnan was a delight during my annual visit and I felt comfortable speaking to her about my health goals and concerns. I will definitely be going back.
I always dread finding a new office and establishing care with an internist. But I decided to give first medical associates a try and I couldn’t have been happier! The office was clean upon entering. The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient. She called me back on time and waiting room wasn’t full of people which indicated that they take their time with patients and deal with people more one on one. Dr Meera was so compassionate and genuine. She was so sweet and I immediately felt at ease. I didn’t feel rushed and felt taken care of. Dr Ramakrishnan was attentive and listened to my concerns and addressed my queries. She clarified the benefits of the meds that the pharmacy did not explain well. She ordered further testing and took her time in explaining what was needed. Jenn at the front desk is very affable and helpful. Thank you!
