All the technicians that have been to my home have been great! Most recently, Nicolas (plumber) and Anthony 'Tony' (electrician). To be honest, the technicians and their customer service skills have been what has kept me as a customer so far because scheduling/dispatch have been a nightmare all but this last time. Luckily, this last time the technician was on time so I didn’t have to call in and deal with anyone in dispatch!
Bernard is awesome and very skilled! Within days of closing on our new home, the pipe was clogged and our toilet flooded our bathroom and leaked into the kitchen ceiling. We had to make a late night plumbing call. Bernard arrived within about a hour. And not only did Bernard clear the clog, but he really went above and beyond. Bernard is also hilarious and told us some crazy stories, which lightened the mood and made us feel better about the situation we were dealing with. I would definitely recommend FH Furr, and especially Bernard!! He really deserves a raise or a really good bonus! Christian was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and worked very hard. He tried to find solutions how to get a very old and difficult HVAC system to work beyond its years. I was impressed by how professional, polite and pleasant he was. Thank you Furr!
