Extend Yoga offers a welcoming environment suitable for practitioners of all levels. The studio excels in providing a welcoming atmosphere where individuals can embark (or continue) on their yoga journey with confidence and ease. The thing that I most appreciate about this yoga studio is how well each and every one of the teachers creates an aura of emotional safety. It doesn't matter how new or experienced you are, they are supportive and welcoming.I love how they have "stretched" me to push to new limits. There are days when I feel like the classes are equivalent (if not greater) to the experience of psychedelics.
