I have been going to Ella Skin consistently for a little over a year now. I had developed the worse hormonal acne and nothing seemed to be working. I have been to the dermatologist but my condition was still persistent. I scheduled a hydrofacial with Victoria and the rest is history. Immediately she made me feel comfortable and listened to my issues. Recommended products to me that would benefit me which made me feel even more comfortable as I was always nervous on visiting spas and being forced on products for the sake of a sale. I think it’s been about 2 years now since I started going to Ella Skin and seeing Victoria for monthly facials. My favorite is the hydrafacial and it has totally transformed my skin—noticeable enough that I get frequent compliments from family, friends, and coworkers. Victoria is really great at adjusting each treatment to target specific concerns, whether it’s my acne and hyperpigmentation, needed hydration or texture. I have been seeing Irina for over 1.5 years consistently for facials and back treatments. I am a tough critic when it comes to beauty professionals. I can truly say that I have never felt more confident about my skin or have gotten more compliments. Irina is an EXPERT in all skin products. She has always gone the extra mile to ensure I am using the right products and have a quick skin care routine that I can manage to follow through with daily!
