I have been going to Elite for over 8 months and it really is transformative. I have lost over 25lb and am in the best shape of my life. They really know what they are doing. It’s challenging but fun and a great community. I have always been into fitness and staying active and I could go to a big corporate gym but there’s something special about this smaller, family style gym that keeps me coming back. I love the accountability, the challenge and the pride when I feel when my trainer tells me I did a great job. I recommend Elite to anyone who will listen. I love it here for real.

I can't recommend Elite Technique enough! I started working out with Elite Technique approximately 10 months ago and it was honestly one of the best decisions of my life! My trainer Amadu (and honestly all the trainers) take the time to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly, push you when you need it , keep you engaged, and most of all keep you accountable! The community of Elite Technique clients is also amazing...everyone is super supportive and its always a blast working out as a group at bootcamps on the weekends. Don't hesitate to join the best trainers and gym when it comes to getting results and meeting your goals..
