I went to this office on the advice of a friend. The first visit was fine. The Montgomery Villiage doors open 15 minutes after my appointment, but hey, it's a doctor's office. I scheduled the next appointment on the way out. This is a mistake! I know the practice has a website, an app for your phone, and a telephone number, BUT none of those allow you to cancel an appointment! Well, the telephone might have worked if I had spent more time and effort. Instead, I am a missed appointment, and 50 dollars gone.

It seems that the staff are under-resourced and/or they don't like working there. I went in for a physical and blood work, I wasn't seen until ~30 minutes after my appointment time, with no explanation, apology or even acknowledgement. I'm grateful I have a flexible and understanding job, I wonder what people who don't have that luxury would have done. The PA I saw was ...fine, but was sort of short and not very focused or thorough. I mentioned that I am a former smoker and I'd like to know about how my lungs are doing. I saw Sippora as an initial visit to establish care last week and was thoroughly impressed! The front desk and medical assistants were so nice and helpful! Sippora was so kind and I was in and out in no time. It’s rare that you find a provider like this! Highly recommend!
