The job we asked for: 1. We had two spaces on the ceiling that need to be repaired and replaced with the new drywalls (due to the plumbing issues), and 2. Power wash the driveway and front steps. Chiko came on the Same day giving us the estimates with no obligation. He suggested the way to replace the drywalls in the best way to save us money. Also, he recommended us on how to guide the guy in Home Depo on mixing the paint to make sure the new area paint match with the old paint in the rest of the ceilings. His price is reasonable and more importantly, he could start the work quickly because he has his OWN trusted team of crew. Chiko himself kept letting me know what time he and the crew world be arriving on the day of his service. They came and did everything cleanly, nicely, and professionally. Great job. I will surely recommend him!!!

Very pleased with the high quality work by Chiko's Handyman. They did tub/shower area renovation, ceiling work and dryer vent placement to connect hose. They are helpful, knowledgeable and have excellent pricing. Made recommendations on mold/mildew prevention and used quality products. I've used Chicko's service in the past for front door adjustment, and is now very well aligned, replaced materials so door's secured, lowered my energy bill.Services: Drywall repair

I recently started a new position with my employer that required me to have an office space. Unfortunately, I didn't already have an available office space within my home. I decided to convert part of my finished basement into a designated office. I found Chiko's Handyman online and scheduled an estimate the following week. On the day of the walk though/estimate, Chiko was punctual, respectful, friendly and thorough. He was also very honest and knowledgeable. We decided to move forward with him, and he was able to schedule us in almost immediately. He had some other projects going on but was able to squeeze us in so I could meet my employer's tight deadline. The project was done by Chiko and his team. We have worked with other contractors in where they sent us a team, and would just project manage from afar. I liked that Chiko was actually involved with the project and doing the actual work with his team. His team was also great. They were also very respectful and skilled. They installed a wall, door, drywall, painted, did electrical work and lighting all in 3 days. They did excellent work. They were also very thorough, reasonable and knowledgeable. My wife and I plan to work with Chiko's Handyman again in the future. Very pleased!
