I used them for 2 years and I am happy I changed companies. They were good the first year and then made a series of small but important mistakes in the 2nd year. Then if I wanted to use them in the 3rd year they wanted to increase the price of the return by $250 and would leave me with the team that I was dissatisfied with. It took a long time for me to upload each document and then catalog it, and they still made careless mistakes. Plus they took a long time to upload the preparer notes so I could transfer to another firm. Overall it was a less than satisfactory experience.

James and his staff do a wonderful job preparing tax returns and maximizing deductions. He is always available for questions and is completely transparent. I highly recommend his services.

Cunningham Financial and Accounting Services has gone above and beyond what I expect in an accountant on more than one occasion for me.
