“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My freezer was doing horrible things to my food and I needed to replace the GE gasket. I called GE and was told they discontinued the gasket. I said that the refirgerator is fine, I just need the gasket. They told me, Sorry, can't help. We have always used Apache for the past many years, so I called them. I wanted another GE and was told that it would be ordered for me. When I called to confirm the order, I was told that the model I had ordered was no longer available (and I had not been notified- not good for Apache) However, I spoke to Francis and he saved the day. He told me about the GE mixup and recommended a Whirlpool and it would be delivered within the week. Bless you, Francis and Apache. My Whirlpool is happily saving and freezing my food nicely. The deliverymen, Reuben and Kernando (?) were superb, friendly, knowledgeable, and real gentleman (and it was pouring at the time). APACHE- you are The ONE! P.S.
