Alexa Toohey the nurse practitioner has been caring for me and doing a fantastic job! Knowledgeable, easy to talk to, up to date, diagnosed and cleared my skin condition within one week. Highly recommend her to all my friends and family! I will be returning for all of my dermatology needs.

Update- saw her for something else and also had a great visit today

Negative experience with Alexa Tooey. She interrupted me after asking the first question, never asked me to describe my presenting problem, had me expose covered skin without offering a gown or privacy, was nearly an hour late with no apology, didn’t look at the photos I spent hours putting together, couldn’t be bothered to check before or during the visit if their lab could do a cancer test I needed, and argued with me about whether EDS specialists exist (they don’t).

I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was absolutely condescending! I would have been a new patient but I’d rather take my business elsewhere where people can be kind over just scheduling an appointment! I called in June 25 at 12:25.
