Exceptional customer service! As the repair was going to take some time (spare part availability); Academy sent window AC units to ease out the "heat pains". Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue once the HVAC parts arrived.

I have been using Academy for about 30 years, ever since they were the only heating contractor willing to install returns in our upper bedrooms, rather than only selling me a new Htg/AC system. They have always been responsive to our needs and, while no contractor is perfect, in the few instances when they weren't able to solve the problem the first time, they always cheerfully returned to correct the issue. Over the years I've bought two Bryant systems from them and have been very satisfied. The furnace and air conditioner at our house needed to be replaced. Called around and was immediately impressed with Academy. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and explained things in a way that I could understand. The day of the install the team was here on time and kept the basement very clean. The group takes pride in their work and it shows. I’m glad we could support a local company. I highly recommend you call them if you are in need of a new system.
