The entire process from their providing me with advice to implementing the solution went very smoothly and without incident - just as I would expect from people who know what they are doing.

Update: I had them out for a second visit, and I am still happy... no issues or problems.

McDowell's came ASAP when our well stopped working. They mentioned a potential additional issue with the hot water heater, but with no pressure at all - it didn't feel like they were upselling. When we decided to replace the hot water heater, they gave great advice. While I hope not to have to work with them in the future, I know who I will go to if I need a plumber.

I had an emergency situation a couple weeks ago, when I walked down my basement steps and my basement was, full of water, because my Sump Pump had stopped working. I called them and they came out and replaced my Sump Pump. They also billed me, since I wasn't getting paid until about a week or so, after this happened. I will definitely use McDowell Plumbing in the future.
