I was about to put a house up for sale. The day before it listed, the septic needed pumping. It was 330 in the afternoon when I called Burns. They sent someone within the hour.
A follow-up letter came in the mail a short time later, with info and tips on septic systems.

Cleaning out our rental property to put on the market and the house was in dire need of some TLC. Choptank Cleaning came and did a great job. Every room looked so much better. Would recommend them for any cleaning job. Thanks so much for taking this off our to do list.
Has a very homey vibe, feels like you're in someone's living room. Kids running around, sometimes a cat will make an appearance as well. I like how April cuts my hair, she always seems to know just how I like it. Only $30 for a wash, blow-dry, and cut. Very reasonable. They take walk-ins as well which is convenient. I much prefer this place over any of the local chain salons.
