“We had to write to HIGHLY RECOMMEND the great Reactive Dog classes! Owen really got a lot from them - as did we! - and he'll be coming back for DOCTORS classes later in the summer. We were very impressed that the trainers truly moved at the DOGS' comfort level, using only positive reinforcements, never overwhelming anyone but in the end moving us all along faster than expected.

The class doesn't just set the dogs up for success at school - it sets up for real world success, like this: we took Owen for a walk last night, and from behind a fence there was a burst of unexpected, loud barking and the sound of a dog charging.
Owen looked at the fence, but then immediately checked in and focused to get a treat, then just continued on, ignoring the dog behind the fence. we didn't need to distract or ask Owen to look or anything - he just heard the dog, checked and acknowledged it, then immediately checked back calmly.

We know this is from the repetition and positive reinforcement from the class. It really works!“

“We took our 16 week puppy for his first groom today. I was not sure about leaving him for his groom and what his reaction would be. He came out looking refreshed and happy. The groomer called and told us about a small spot on his nose area which was discovered after trimming his face and removing some built up eye discharge ( all normal stuff) and then the manager came out as well to make sure we were aware. I really appreciated their attentiveness . The groomer also gave us some ideas to help ease him into his longer appointments when he gets a little older . I would highly recommend for grooming !! We will definitely be using RBK for all future grooming .“

TLC For Pets Pet Boarding Training

“I just lost my precious dachshund, Rusty. I have to talk of my experience at TLC. Dr. Lucas and I worked together when Rusty was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and later, kidney disease. We walked a tightrope, as Dr. Lucas described it, making medical decisions for both conditions. The heart condition alone usually has a year or less life expectancy. Rusty went on to 1 year and 8 months for me and my baby. In addition, the ladies loved on him sometimes calling him the Rust Man :) I even ended up going to a Vet ER before TLC opened, due to a breathing issue which can occur with the heart condition, and one of these wonderful ladies came and sat with me for several hours when she found out and got off work. I can't begin to describe the wonderful love shown to my boy at TLC. When he passed, there were tears from all, and Dr. Lucas called from his vacation to express his condolences. You will never go wrong bringing your sweet baby to TLC for Pets.“

Wilde Acres Pet Boarding Training

“My family had a wonderful experience with Wilde Acres and would highly recommend this training facility to our friends and family. Our shelter dog, Gunther, was a bit of a handful after being in the shelter for three year… We had him for about a year before we decided that we needed some professional help. Carter and his team were amazing, communicative, helpful and responsive during the entire process. We elected the four-week program for Gunther, and we saw significant improvements in his behavior, dog reactivity, listening skills, recall and so much more.

Carter and Alexis, thank you for taking the time to make Gunther a great family dog for us. We are very appreciative of all of your efforts and have been keeping up the lessons at home as you have given us the tools to be successful!

We plan on bringing Gunther back here for boarding in the future.“
