Whether you’re brand new to Jiu jitsu or a trained student, this place is by far the best! From day, one on the mats, the entire team instructors and students have been nothing but supportive and encouraging. You can tell they take pride in their education and curriculum in regards to breaking movements down for beginners, but also enhancing education for more accomplished students Alec Puts a lot of time in work in all facets of the gym whether it’s just saying hi or staying after class to review a movement or scenario. Ground Control was a great option for our child's afterschool program. She really enjoyed going and meeting new people from around the community and learning new things. She was challenged but had fun and is looking forward to returning. The communication from the staff was excellent. Highly recommended.
One year ago, we enrolled our daughter in this gym to address the bullying she faced at school. The outcome has been outstanding, as her confidence has drastically improved, she has developed strong friendships, and the coaches and staff have been nothing short of professional and kind. This gym has truly become our second home!
