Equity Lending LLC is one of the best if not the best hard money lenders out there. Over the years I’ve worked with them to get many deals done, my experience has been seamless, pleasant and very positive and without them I wouldn’t have been able to grow my rental properties portfolio this quickly. Been with Equity lending for good 12 years! Because of knowledge and patients of these guys i was able to start in real estate and continue real estate game till now! Love them and you should give them try, you will not be disappointed!
