Equity Lending LLC is one of the best if not the best hard money lenders out there. Over the years I’ve worked with them to get many deals done, my experience has been seamless, pleasant and very positive and without them I wouldn’t have been able to grow my rental properties portfolio this quickly. Unlike other hard money lenders who are only interested in collecting fees and interest on the loan, this company will advise you not to buy if the deal is bad which is not very common from a hard money lender. Been with Equity lending for good 12 years! Because of knowledge and patients of these guys i was able to start in real estate and continue real estate game till now! Love them and you should give them try, you will not be disappointed!

Dealing with team at Equity Lending was a different experience, I hate to say it but I', not used to a company doing exactly what they say they're going to do & do it in a professional manner! I would strongly suggest you try them out for your lending & rehab jobs! Thanks Joe & the team!!
