“This place has saved me from waits at the emergency room and crazy co-pays and deductibles. I've been happy with their service and I feel the wait time if any is way less than my Doctors office and the care is excellent.Dr Parks is so knowledgeable and the staff is down to earth as oppose to being unprofessional as some have written. “Great experience!!! I just googled an urgent care in my area and a few popped up. But Their website caught my eye. I had No appointment. I walked into this establishment and was met by a lovely bubbly receptionist that helped me prepare for my first time visit. I stepped on a nail and it was embedded in my foot. After I signed all the paperwork I was greeted by a very charming and pleasant Assistant who took my blood pressure and weight. Soon following the Doctor entered and explained (in layman's terms) exactly what he was going to do for my injury. He really made me feel comfortable. Im always anxious when I visit medical facilities. He removed the nail quick and swiftly. I am a self pay patient (no insurance) and the cost was reasonable. “Dr. Cece, Nurse Bonnie, and all the front desk gals are INCREDIBLE. My husband got extremely sick very quickly, and the front desk ladies showed so much concern and compassion - even checking in with the back to try to get my husband the care he needed. One doctor saw him, and it felt like he wasn’t taking his time to get the whole picture of what was going on. Luckily (?) my husband nearly passed out when we tried to leave - the security guards swooped in with a wheelchair, the nurses swarmed around him and got everything sorted so beautifully. Then Nurse Bonnie and Dr. Cece came in and made me feel so much better as an anxious spouse. They were so brilliant, careful, and thorough - I could have cried from relief. Hubs ended up spending three days in the hospital - they definitely have a doctor and one nurse who need to check themselves, but other than that, the folks here were so lovely and smart.
