What I wanted VS what I got (Chrome Ombré)

The nail tech did not apply a decent amount of acrylic as desired and did not know how to do the look I wanted. I asked one tech should he have used pink gel powder and she said that they had gel polish that looks the same.. So I trusted the process and I was let down… You can always tell if one of them doesn’t know how to do something if they ask other techs to assist and then they keep coming over to see the process or they’re surprised how good it came out. The first time I went here they charged me $63 for dip + manicure + design on 4 fingers. The second time I went there they charged me $76 for dip +design on 4 fingers. I got done less work and was charged more money... On top of that the service was way worse the second time around. They also do not take card as they have a permanent sign that says “credit card machine down.” I’m all for supporting small businesses and not reporting your money to the gov, but just tell the truth cuz. Just make the sign say “cash only.” And keep your prices consistent.Services: Dip powder

I didn't like that this business only except cash and they have a money machine. It is pricey$$$. Other than that, everyone is very professional and polite. The service was very good. River did my manicure and didnt get frustrated with my change of mind. He accomplished what I asked of him. Great relaxing music too. Overall a wonderful experience.
