My experience was very positive with Excelsior Injury Care Randallstown.Dr. Imoke, MD and Dr. Rittenhouse, Chiropractor are very professional and caring. This office has amazing staff. Josh and the new girl that works in the back area are great additions to the office. The only thing that needs to be worked on is the wait time for physical therapy other than that there’s no issues.

Let me just say this is the best office I’ve been to in a long time. Joshua is AWESOME. I know I might get on his nerves by keep calling about my schedule that he’s already given me multiple time but he never makes me feel like I’m getting on his nerves. He’s always so friendly, even when other aren’t so friendly towards him. Ashleen is a great office manager. I’ve called several times to speak with her about paper work that I needed to be filled out and she has not once gave me attitude. Russel is so patient even with them being short staffed. When going into that office you can tell that they work well with one another and they make is so warm and inviting.
