I am so grateful for the chase Brexton team. They are so amazing. I had a doctors appointment in yesterday and my doctor sat with me and heard all of my concerns she laughed with me. She smiled with me and when I left her presents, I was so grateful thank you I cannot pronounce your name. I know your name is African or Jamaican. I’m not sure but I want to tell that I’m so grateful thank you for keeping me on the right track with my help and thank you for being concerned, thank you thank you thank you. I want to share a postive review and I must say I was very impress with Ms.Trina. I normally do not have a good experience with both telephone operator(s) nor the in office customer service representative(s) most are not professional and speak with an attitude. On July Friday 26, 2024 I had a telehealth appointment and their system was not responding both on my side and the doctor, when I call for some assistance Ms. Trina stay on the phone with me from the beginning to the very end trying to do the best she could to get me and the doctor on the video call. I never have any issues, I been there about 13 years and I know that if I get 5 minutes or 10 minutes after my appointment then I need to reschedule because there’s other ppl waiting who came early, if I don’t understand I make sure to ask, my medicine is always on time and the
Physicians are very helpful also the nurses are very nice.
Ppl from the pharmacy are very friendly.
