Thaddeus was an incredibly kind and professional electrician. He arrived in the service window when the company said they would. The company provided timely updates. He was honest and quickly assessed the issue. He provided a thorough explanation and carefully evaluated our entire electrical system. I would highly recommend this company and use them again!
